Diet secret #1: Fastest way to lose weight (water)
The human body is made out of 65 percent water. If you want to lose weight, you simply lose your water weight.
You can lose 10 percent of your body weight within 1 hour. How? By sweating in the sauna. This method works great because it's relatively safe – you're only sweating out water, which you can easily replenish.
This is a short term method to lose weight. You know that ;)
BUT if you ever need to lose weight, go on a water fast, or try the sauna method to rapidly lose weight.
This method is relatively safe but if you're unsure, check with your family doctor if you can hit the sauna for an hour.
People with high blood pressure or heart problems should avoid the sauna ought.
Diet secret #2: Habits that make you skinny
Skinny bitches like to exercise - true story.
You don't necessary have to hit the gym - walking outside is free. Try walking 20 minutes a day. Yeah, just walking.
Is it easy to do? Yeah. Is it easy not to do? Yeah. But if you do it, you will lose weight and become a skinny "bitch". Try it.
Another diet secret: precook your breakfast. Most people eat bacons, eats and orange juice for breakfast. Gross. Why? It adds fat to yoru waist line.
Try eating oatmeals (the real kind, not the instant) and fruits for breakfast. Drink plain black coffee or water, instead of juice (which has sugar).
I know it sounds simple - but all the skinny models are doing it. Want to be skinny like them? Just copy their habits. It's really thats simple!

Here's where most people go wrong - they assume that the diet pill will burn off the cheese burger for them. It's sad but true.

Diet secret #5: Execise motivation secrets
The biggest execise motivational secret: start slow.
I see it too often - people hitting the treadmill for 3 hours per day only to quit 2 weeks in.
Because that exercise pace is un-sustainable. Instead, you want to take it easy.
I know a 250 pounds (113 kgs) girl in the gym who slim down to 125 lbs (56 kgs), because she was persistence. All she did was walk on the treadmill everyday for 20 minutes, 5 days a week.
She did that every day, for a year or two. And guess why? She's hot and skinny now.
The time will past by, so why not be patient? ;)
I know, exercise sucks - that is, if you're busting your ass in the gym for 3 hours. However, there's another way!
Lose weight slowly - imagine being skinny until the day you grow old and die.
Have patience! This means, walking for 20 minutes everyday. You'll gradually lose weight.
